For 200$ a page in the comic book will be yours to advertise your company/website/or whatever it is you wish to advertise. But remember, what's the most important thing about ads? They need to look flashy, appealing, and attractive, and they need to grab the viewer's interest. so keep that in mind!

Distribution: I'm mainly going to start off selling them online, but will be found in a few scattered comic book stores in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. But of course, this comic book business is just starting so I have to start small.

you should put them at 500$ at least... well, depending on how many issues you make. or, perhaps, for every book you sell, maybe ask 5-10 cents, until you've totaled 500$ from the company. but don't remove the ads.

you should also say what the comic is about, so people can judge if it fits their company and if it's popular.

and no porn? have you no shame??

Hans, honestly I don't believe you'll get a straight answer from here. I would suspect that the current comic distributors might be able to give you some helpful tips on where to find sponsors. Perhaps, a local comic shop might sponsor your comic if you meet with them and explain your proposition?

I'm going to guess Newgrounds isn't the only place you asked for sponsors. Have you already asked some of your friends on a possible sponsor, perhaps from the company they might be employed with? $200 does sound very hefty for a ad, perhaps you can cut it into smaller proportion ($50, for 1/4 of the page?).

I'd imagine this to be the most difficult task, and I'm sorry I can't help much. Good luck man.
