was totally bad ass. I think there were a few times where i lost track what had just happened. but it was really awesome I love how a lot of parts in the movie felt like they were filmed through a fish eye lens.

it was unfair though for the gun guy, he didn't seem to be able to regenerate his wounds.

but this episode really fell flat to me honestly. I liked the silence in the other ones, and i'm not saying this one should be silent. but i dunno it doesn't feel like a part of this non linear series. and the whole self reference at the end wasn't really effective. I'm being really picky now, but honest. As a stand alone movie it didnt hold up to well. that dialog towards the end on the couch didnt feel natural. it was awkward (a bad kind) how the kid punches him and he starts talking about his father. I thought he had no kids. how did he know Jerry was his father. the lead up to it was just really unfitting. etc etc

but again, i'm being picky. it still was well done, just could have been a lot better. especially coming from you. ;)

what i mean is that it's colored and animated pretty well. but everything about this just absolutely blew. maybe it's my distaste for this sort of campy anime. i think they referr it to kawaii or something. but i cant stand it. and i cant believe it did this well. must have been the lesbian kiss icon. you definitely know how to sell your work. you put into it what every jap fanboy loves in his movie. even tentacles.

but honestly. i feel that the rhythm of your animation didn't go with the music as well as it should have. Even if you just used the vcam over the animation. it just felt kind of stiff and parted sort of animation. this is me being picky, and just trying to give some advice besides that it was absolutely awesome, just not perfect.

i fucking hate twitter/facebook extremist.

as for Ericho who responded under me. One of the many things i hate in people is this use of the word "fan" like. i get what you're meaning, but it's just thrown around so much.

fan= fanatic. you don't need to be a fanatic of something to appreciate it. in fact being a fanatic is ridiculous. you're saying you worship whatever you claim you're a fan of. which just makes you as much of an annoying extremist as the religion a lot of people insult. not that i'm religious.

That was really really nice. Only one complaint. I feel that the music set a nice tone, this kind of majestic feel to it. most of the zoom out shots were way too quick, and made it feel more cartoony. i just think if you would have slowed some down for the specific scene it would have flowed a bit better and added to the already defined feel of the whole thing. for example, the revelation of the big dragon in the room when the father walks in, you just cut right to the chase and showed the whole thing. slowing it down would raise the tension.

but as i said, it already is very well executed story, and what i mentioned would have just added a bit more to it. but it's just a thought.
