I like the simple look to it, it's just enough so that the ripple effect wouldn't feel like too much. It played very smooth and comfortable, and for a scrolling space ship shooter game it definitely stood out. Usually these games are usually over done and 'samey', but you guys always seem to find a good twist to classic gaming concepts, that makes them addicting all over again.

but honestly, i had so much fun. really. that was great. i love that cutscene when the little monitor activated the clown alarm. it really had this marvelous frightening tone. made me think "oh fuck. the clown". i also like how you creatively translated that kind of text effect in the original madness that sputtered text about the clowns program into that little monitor. anyways. very well delivered simple game.
